About Welloo
What is Welloo?
Welloo is an RFQ platform for automotive parts and services. Instead of contacting multiple vendors yourself, you create one request and matching vendors send clear offers for you to compare.
Does Welloo sell parts or services directly?
No. Welloo is a connection and quote-comparison platform. Selling, payment, and fulfillment happen between the buyer and the vendor after an offer is confirmed.
Is Welloo free to use?
Creating a request and comparing offers is free for buyers. Any part, service, or delivery cost is shown in vendor offers before you choose.
Requests and offers
How do I create an RFQ?
Choose the vehicle, select the part or service, add quantity, photos, or notes if available, then submit. Welloo matches the request with suitable vendors by category and coverage.
Can I request more than one part or service?
Yes. You can add multiple line items in one RFQ, and vendors can price and mark availability per item where possible.
How do I compare offers?
Compare price, availability, warranty, condition, origin, delivery cost, and delivery or execution time. Once you confirm an offer, the vendor's contact details are revealed.
Why are vendor details hidden at first?
To keep comparison fair and protect both sides. Before confirmation, you see the offer and trust signals without direct contact details. After you choose, vendor details are revealed.
How long does a request stay open?
A request usually stays open for 72 hours to receive and compare offers, with the remaining time shown on the request page.
Can I reject an offer or choose only one?
Yes. You choose the offer that works for you. Once an offer is confirmed, the selection closes and you continue with that vendor.
Business and fleets
What is the difference between an individual and business account?
An individual account is for your own vehicle needs. A business or fleet account is for companies managing several vehicles and adds tools such as saved fleet vehicles and operational request details.
Does a business account need verification?
Yes. Business accounts go through a short verification step to confirm company details and unlock business and fleet features.
Can I save fleet vehicles?
Yes. You can save fleet vehicles and reuse them in future requests instead of retyping vehicle details every time.
Can I upload an Excel or CSV fleet file?
Yes. The fleet page supports CSV and XLSX import for adding multiple vehicles quickly, with a downloadable CSV template.
Vendors and partners
How do I join as a vendor?
Register as a vendor, complete your business profile, branches, coverage areas, service types, and supported brands. After review and activation, you start receiving matching requests.
Does every vendor receive every request?
No. Requests are routed based on specialty, coverage area, service type, and supported brands or categories.
What if a request is not suitable for a vendor?
The vendor can skip it or provide a decline reason where available. This helps Welloo improve matching quality and catalog coverage over time.
Are vendor contact details shown immediately?
No. The offer is shown first without direct contact details. After the buyer confirms the vendor's offer, contact details are revealed to complete the deal.
Account, WhatsApp, and support
I did not receive the OTP code. What should I do?
Check that the number is entered correctly and that WhatsApp works on that number, then wait briefly and try resending. If it continues, contact support.
Is my data and contact information protected?
Yes. Contact details are not revealed to the other party before an offer is confirmed, and data is used to operate requests, matching, notifications, and support under the privacy policy.
How do I contact support?
