We use data to create requests, match eligible suppliers, send WhatsApp notifications, compare quotes, improve service quality, prevent abuse, and meet operational or legal requirements.
Identity Masking
We do not reveal buyer and supplier contact details before a quote is confirmed. Trust signals and quote details are shown to support decision-making without early unnecessary exposure.
WhatsApp and Notifications
We may send WhatsApp messages related to accounts, verification, RFQs, quotes, confirmations, or support. Incoming WhatsApp messages may be used to guide customers inside the platform.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only as needed to operate RFQs, enable eligible suppliers to quote, run infrastructure providers, or comply with valid legal requests.
Retention and Security
We keep data as long as needed to operate accounts, review requests, resolve disputes, and improve security. We use access controls and operational logs to reduce unauthorized access risks.
