These terms govern the use of Welloo as an RFQ platform for automotive needs and services, including buyer-supplier quote comparison.
Service Scope
Welloo helps buyers create RFQs and receive offers from eligible suppliers or service providers. The platform does not directly sell parts or services and does not guarantee third-party fulfillment beyond what is represented in the platform.
Buyer and Supplier Accounts
Account and WhatsApp information must be accurate and current. Supplier accounts may be reviewed before receiving requests, and accounts using misleading information or violating platform rules may be restricted.
Requests and Quotes
Buyers should describe needs as accurately as possible. Suppliers should submit clear offers covering price, availability, warranty, and delivery or execution timing where applicable.
Comparison and Identity Masking
The platform presents offers to support comparison and decision-making. Contact details remain hidden before quote confirmation, and key events may be logged for security and review.
Payment and Fulfillment
Unless otherwise announced, Welloo does not collect payments or guarantee field fulfillment. Payment and execution happen between the buyer and supplier after quote confirmation according to their agreement.
Prohibited Use
Users may not add contact details before permitted, bypass the platform, submit misleading content, or abuse suppliers, buyers, or platform workflows.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
